In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The Assistant Manager will work collaboratively with senior management to drive operational excellence, maintain high performance standards, and foster a positive work environment.

    • Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure optimal performance and professional development
    • Assist in scheduling, training, and onboarding of new staff members to maintain consistent service quality
    • Monitor daily operations and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary
    • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to team performance, inventory, and operational metrics
    • Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a fair and supportive approach to staff management

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (minimum 2-3 years)
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

    • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
    • Customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering quality experiences

    • Conflict resolution and mediation skills
