( ages range from infant- school age.)-- ---Experience with children with special needs ( non-verbal/ autism spectrum)- Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, and nannying best practices- First aid and CPR certification preferred- Ability to educate and engage children through age-appropriate activities- Strong understanding of childcare principles and practices- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
