What You’ll Do:
- Lead overall restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and financial performance
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing management team and staff
- Create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and operational standards
- Drive continuous improvement through training, accountability, and feedback
- Manage financial performance, including budgets, inventory, and cost controls
- Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and the community

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership ability with 3+ years of management experience (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and financial management skills
- A passion for leading people and creating positive guest experiences
- Dependability, humility, and a commitment to excellence
- Must be willing to work 50 hours a week
- A positive, motivating leadership style that builds trust and inspires others
