Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Deliver friendly and efficient service to build trust in our brand.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members while resolving conflicts.
• Shift Management: Ensure quality products and maintain cleanliness while meeting financial targets.
• Accountability: Implement restaurant policies and hold team accountable.

Qualifications:

• A genuine smile and enthusiasm for guest service!
• Good communication skills and dependability.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• Willingness to relocate locally within 15 miles.
• Must have Full open Availability: Monday through Sunday: 7 a.m to 11:30 p.m
• Valid Drivers License: Must have and maintain valid drivers license.
