Assistant General Manager - Jimmy Johns (New Meadville, PA Location) Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hour, based on experience

Jimmy Johns is opening a brand-new location in Meadville, PA in 10 weeks, and were hiring 2 Assistant General Managers to help us launch it right. If youve got restaurant or retail leadership experience, a kick ass, customer focused attitude, and want to be part of a store from day one, this is your shot.

What youll do

• Help lead daily shop operations: staffing, scheduling, food safety, and speed of service
• Train, coach, and motivate a crew of Team Members and Shift Leaders
• Support the General Manager with hiring, inventory, cash handling, and cost control
• Step in as manager-on-duty and keep the store running smoothly and safely
• Deliver Jimmy Johns "Freaky Fast" and best in class customer experience every shift

What you bring

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant, retail, or food service leadership role (shift lead, AGM, or GM)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation as training will be completed at our flagship Jimmy Johns location at 821 West Erie Plaza in Erie!
