Assistant General Counsel

What the day will look like
The Assistant General Counsel – Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits serves as the Company's lead legal advisor on executive compensation, employee benefits, retirement programs, health and welfare plans, and related governance matters. This attorney partners closely with Executive Compensation, People Organization, Corporate Governance, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, and senior business leaders to provide strategic legal counsel on the design, implementation, administration, and governance of Aon’s executive compensation and global benefits programs.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $170,000 to $220,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
