The Assistant Director of Residence Life positions are responsible for shared management of all functions of residence hall(s) of approximately 500 students and supervising a staff of approximately 15-17 resident assistants. This position coordinates complex housing programs, hears students conduct cases, conducts regular staff and supervisory meetings, responds to emergency situations, and determines course of action.
