Assistant Construction Superintendent IIAssist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitor construction quality and safety standards, implementing corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide construction activities. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations on all construction sites. Support the Project Manager in resolving any on-site challenges or changes in scope.
