This position will support portfolio performance analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, business plan execution, and investment decision support across a multifamily real estate portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance or real estate professional who enjoys financial analysis, real estate investing, forecasting, business planning, and executive-level exposure. The role offers significant visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence investment performance within a growing real estate platform.

Special Projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Financial modeling and forecasting experience
Multifamily real estate experience
Would also look at Commercial real estate, acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, valuation, investment analysis, FP&A, or similar analytical experience preferred
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
