Mechanical Assembler


Maple Grove & Dayton, MN


1st Shift: $22.17/hr | 2nd Shift: $24.17/hr

Join a growing manufacturing team building large chiller units used in data centers and custom industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role for candidates who enjoy working with tools, building products from start to finish, and being part of a supportive team environment.


Available Shifts


1st Shift


+ Monday-Thursday: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

+ Friday: 5:30 AM - 10:00 AM

+ $22.17/hr


2nd Shift


+ Monday-Thursday: 2:00 PM - 1:30 AM

+ $24.17/hr

Responsibilities


+ Assemble chiller units for data centers and custom equipment

+ Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies

+ Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications

+ Assist with packaging, shrink wrapping, and material handling

+ Support general shop duties and maintain a clean work area

+ Work with team members to achieve production goals

+ Follow safety and quality standards

+ Cross-train into additional assembly areas and build more complex custom units


Qualifications


+ Experience using hand and power tools

+ Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience preferred

+ Ability to stand and move throughout the shift

+ Reliable work history and strong work ethic

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

+ Team-oriented attitude

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.
