Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, mechanical or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required. Work with equipment such as power drills, screw guns, torque wrenches, and other mechanical tools.

ASSEMBLER – ENTRY LEVEL

Location: Plainview, NY (fully onsite)
Temporary to hire
Payrate: $20-$22/hr

• Good with their hands and comfortable working with tools, parts, or equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, mechanical or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of mechanical assembly tasks according to specifications and work instructions
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble components and finished products
• Work with equipment such as power drills, screw guns, torque wrenches, and other mechanical tools
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality and accuracy
