The Line Cook role is based at a new Cantina-themed Bar and Restaurant in two premier downtown Austin hotels, offering 17,000 sq ft of indoor/outdoor dining, private event spaces, and a pool deck for guests and residents.
The ideal candidate has hotel culinary experience, a culinary degree, and strong communication and culinary skills.
They will work individual stations, monitor food quality and consistency, manage staffing and training, and provide leadership in the absence of supervisors.
Key skills include culinary knowledge, cost control, organizational, computer, and guest service skills.
