Must have 1+ years of outside sales experience (preferably within industries involving service agreements)

Primary Responsibilities:
Identify & qualify prospects by cold calling/telephone/email prospecting, on premise visits, relationship building, & networking (business development)
Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, & price schedules
Develop proposals and conduct sales presentations for prospective customers
Maintain accurate records of all account activity within (CRM) sales database
Develop and maintain high level of product knowledge & effectively communicate the benefits, advantages and features of the company services & products
Develop Sales Campaigns to promote product offerings & services to new prospects & current customers
Work with the service department to ensure that new accounts are installed properly
Be knowledgeable about competitors’ business practices
Recruit and hire new sales representatives to fill territories in a timely manner.
Responsible for the on-boarding of newly hired sales representatives including ensuring that new hires complete required training and development activities that focus upon sales skills, product knowledge, industry knowledge, pricing and profitability.
Travel with sales representatives on a regular basis to assess skill gaps and identifying developmental resources to close gaps and improve their effectiveness. Ensure each sales representative is using the Morgan Sales process.
Focus the sales representatives on target markets and customers within an account specific territory.
Responsible for educating the Area sales teams on new tools, processes or procedures.
Supports and communicates with the Area Sales Representatives, General Manager and National Sales Manager on implementation, execution and progress of strategic sales initiatives at the area level.
Responsible for sales administration, including sales compensation and reports.
With the General Manager, develop the area pricing strategy for each market segment.
Analyzes customer base at Area level to determine target markets for customer/sales rep incentives.
Set annual sales targets with each representative and for each market segment. Achieve a defined sales goal each year.
Holds quarterly roundtables with area sales representatives to collect input for new customer/sales rep incentives and programs.
Provides feedback to National Sales Manager for development of relevant programs and customer/sales rep incentives.
Through trade shows, direct mail, telephone surveys and advertising, promote the Morgan brand name. Implement direct mail advertising and sales promotion programs.
