Epic Hot Tubs & Swim Spas is looking for a high energy, accountability driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow sales performance across our 5 North Carolina retail locations.

This is not a passive retail management role.

We are looking for a true sales leader who can motivate teams, drive activity, enforce standards, coach performance, and increase revenue across multiple stores. The right candidate understands how to lead from the front through accountability, structure, training, and daily inspection of KPIs.

This role reports directly to ownership and will play a major role in helping shape the future growth of the company.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of 6 sales professionals
  • Travel regularly between all store locations on a weekly cadence
  • Conduct daily pipeline and deal reviews with sales staff
  • Run roleplay sessions, coaching meetings, and sales training
  • Ensure team KPI compliance and activity standards are consistently met
  • Work directly with underperforming stores to improve results
  • Assist with closing deals and moving opportunities forward when needed
  • Monitor sales performance, follow up discipline, and customer experience
  • Report store performance and sales activity directly to ownership

  • Experience managing sales pipelines, activity metrics, and revenue goals

  • Willingness to be highly involved in the day to day performance of the team
  • Strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel between all company locations regularly

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional sales experience preferred
  • Prior sales leadership or multi location management experience strongly preferred
  • B2B sales experience is a major plus
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving team performance
  • Experience managing KPIs, accountability systems, and sales activity expectations

Schedule

  • Full time
  • In person leadership role
  • Regular travel between company locations required
  • Weekend and holiday availability required

All store locations are within driving distance and overnight travel is not expected.
