About the Role We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the Northern Virginia market. This role is responsible for managing account relationships, expanding product visibility, and securing incremental display space. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships with store-level decision makers, and takes pride in strong merchandising execution. What Youll Do
Manage sales performance within the Northern Virginia territory Build and maintain strong retailer relationships Sell in displays and secure incremental feature/display space Execute merchandising standards to maximize brand presence Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to leadership Travel throughout the territory (mileage reimbursement provided)
What Were Looking For
2+ years of sales experience (CPG or retail strongly preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently Territory management or field sales experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $55,000 - $60,000 Bonus potential: up to 10% of annual salary when KPIs are met Quarterly incentives tied to in-store execution and sales performance Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental & vision 401(k) Slate Equity
