    Area Sales Manager – Healthcare

    We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Albuquerque and Las Cruces markets. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional end-of-life care services and thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

    About the Role

    As Area Sales Manager, you'll drive market growth and team performance in our hospice and palliative care services. You'll partner with Program Directors and Regional Sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, manage community liaison teams, and expand our patient census in your territory.

    Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
    Territory: Albuquerque and Las Cruces
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Travel: Minimum 70% of time in assigned territory

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage community liaisons, ensuring they're equipped and focused on engaging target accounts effectively
    • Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to empower team members with the skills and knowledge to excel
    • Generate regular reports on sales metrics, visit frequency, referrals, and KPIs for the region
    • Assist in recruiting and hiring community liaison staff for open and growth positions
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices in sales strategies
    • Drive growth in local and regional patient census

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
    • Minimum 4 years of healthcare sales or community liaison experience (hospice preferred)
    • Minimum 2 years of management experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge of hospice regulations
    • Proven success in growing patient census
    • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

    Compensation & Benefits

    Salary: $110,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
