Area Operations Manager - Commercial FacilitiesClean Team Inc. | Toledo, OHFULL-TIME SALARIED MANAGEMENT POSITIONSchedule: Monday-Friday | Approximately 4:00 PM-1:00 AMWeekend Availability: Some Weekends Required Based on Business NeedsTerritory: Toledo and Surrounding AreaReports To: Operations ManagerPosition Type: Full-Time | Salaried ManagementTHIS IS A MANAGEMENT POSITION REQUIRING PREVIOUS LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCEClean Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to lead commercial cleaning operations throughout the Toledo market.This is not an entry-level cleaning position.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employees across multiple customer locations, maintaining staffing levels, controlling labor hours, developing frontline employees and supervisors, addressing performance concerns, and ensuring Clean Team's operational and customer-service standards are consistently met.We are looking for a proven leader who is comfortable making decisions, holding employees accountable, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of the performance of an assigned territory.Previous management experience is required.About the RoleAs an Area Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary operational leader for an assigned group of customer facilities.You will spend much of your shift in the field rather than behind a desk.
