Area Executive Director Home Health Operations Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization. They are looking to add an Area Executive Director Home Health Operations to guide financial, growth, clinical services and operations for State of Florida operations based in the Greater Tampa Bay area or Orlando areas. Strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.

Area Executive Director Home Health Operations Requirements

• Multi-site Medicare Home Health leadership experience
• Experience using data and performance metrics to guide decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor degree required; Masters preferred.

• Lead full operational, financial, and clinical performance of the home health service line across assigned markets.
• Drive census growth, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and overall profitability.
• Provide strategic leadership and development for senior leaders and frontline management teams.
