- 3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional team-building capability.
- Basic business math, accounting skills, and analytical decision-making.
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in employee selection, coaching, and development.
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
Education/Certifications:
- College or University Degree preferred.
Salary Range: $78,500 to $99,500 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we''ll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
