Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead building design projects and serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strategic input to deliver high-quality design solutions while contributing to business growth and team development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred)
- Registered Architect
- NCARB Certificate holder
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in vertical building programs
- Minimum 7+ years of leadership/management experience, including direct client interaction and full project responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to support strategic business growth and direction
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of market trends in vertical building design
- Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project environments
- Advanced presentation and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Team Leader for assigned building design projects
- Act as the primary client point of contact, managing relationships and communications
- Lead and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder networks
- Drive strategic planning and business growth initiatives as part of the leadership team
- Establish and manage project teams, ensuring appropriate resource allocation
- Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timelines, and objectives are met
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, including change management processes
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure contractual obligations between all parties are fulfilled
- Develop and monitor project financials and delivery schedules
- Promote collaboration and mentor team members to support professional growth
