Title: Applications Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN  
Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $30/HR

Position Summary:
We are seeking an Applications Analyst to provide application support, testing, business analysis, reporting, and data support for enterprise applications. This role will work closely with end users, technical teams, process owners, and consultants to troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements and upgrades, develop reports and data extracts, and assist with application projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary application support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
• Perform application testing, including developing test plans and test cases, executing tests, and troubleshooting issues.
• Support business and project analysis activities, including work plan development, deliverable tracking, status reporting, requirements gathering, and user meetings.
• Create and modify reports and forms using Crystal Reports and SQL.
• Develop application requirements and specifications for system enhancements and enterprise-wide projects.
• Write SQL queries to extract and update data based on user and business needs.
• Coordinate and communicate with process owners, end users, technical teams, departments, and external consultants.
• Provide data extracts and reporting support in response to internal and public requests.
• Coordinate and conduct end-user training, including developing and maintaining training materials.
• Support application enhancements, upgrades, conversions, and implementations as needed.

 
Requirements:

• Experience with application configuration and support, Crystal Reports, and SQL queries.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Experience writing SQL queries to update or extract data from a SQL database.
• Experience supporting users with issue resolution, system enhancements, upgrades, and conversions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
