- We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support Wealth Management production applications. This role is responsible for ensuring system availability, monitoring application health, troubleshooting incidents, and driving operational excellence across production environments.
- Provide production support for business-critical applications and services.
- Monitor system health, application performance, and data flows.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, performance issues, and service disruptions.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
- Support deployments, operational readiness, and change activities.
- Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and runbooks.
- Contribute to knowledge repositories, support documentation, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience supporting enterprise production applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering practices.
