Job Title: Application Developer – Mainframe, COBOL
Location: Nashville, TN - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Application Developer with strong Mainframe background to join our team at Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in development, enhancement and operational support in Mainframe technologies.
Job Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on development, enhancement and maintenance of Mainframe applications.
- Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues.
- Work in Onsite-Offshore model and coordinate with distributed teams.
- Interact directly with customers and understand business requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, REXX, DB2, VSAM
- 4-5 years of experience in development, enhancement & operational support on Mainframe technology
- Experience working in Onsite-Offshore model
- 2-3 years of customer facing experience
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
