This role will oversee large-scale technology programs that support finance, procurement, and business operations while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Architect to lead strategic initiatives involving enterprise financial systems, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba. This role will oversee large-scale technology programs that support finance, procurement, and business operations while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who combines strong technical program management expertise with deep knowledge of financial systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA and Ariba. This individual will excel at driving complex initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and delivering measurable business results.

This is a permanent opportunity with a hybrid work schedule requiring regular onsite presence in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technical programs, combining project management, product ownership, and business systems analysis within financial applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement application architecture, specifically in SAP S4 Hana & Ariba environments.
• Operate as a technical program manager at the application architect level, with a focus on financial systems and processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Participate in integrating new financial systems and ensuring seamless operation within existing business infrastructure.
• Support the planning and execution of on-site and travel activities as necessary for project success.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in financial applications and systems management.
• Strong background in SAP S4 Hana & Ariba.
• Bachelor's Degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
• Willingness to work on-site on a hybrid basis and travel as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
