A bit about us:

Our client is a nationally recognized real estate development and construction company specializing in the development, construction, and operation of high-quality multifamily communities across major U.S. markets.

With more than three decades of experience in the rental housing industry, the company has been involved in the development of hundreds of thousands of rental homes and has built tens of thousands of apartment homes nationwide. Their portfolio includes ground-up multifamily communities, mixed-use developments, historic redevelopment, and build-to-rent communities.

The company's Boston construction team is actively involved in both preconstruction and construction, bringing significant local expertise and a strong network of contractors, vendors, and suppliers to its projects.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to move beyond working on individual projects for a traditional GC and gain exposure to multifamily development from the owner's perspective.

The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with experienced construction and development professionals and have visibility into how projects are planned, budgeted, designed, constructed, and ultimately delivered.

You'll be part of a company that handles development and construction under the same organization, giving you exposure to decisions that happen well before a project ever reaches the jobsite.

The company also emphasizes professional development, continuous improvement, collaboration, and a people-first culture, with benefits that include tuition reimbursement, a 401(k), paid parental leave, and comprehensive medical benefits.
