Apartment Maintenance Technician II

We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Central Square Apartments in Columbus, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Pay of $22.00-$25.00
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00

What We Need from you:

• EPA or HVAC Certification preferred
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• At least 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation 1 week every 4 weeks ($200 bonus)
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
