Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with vendor statement reconciliations, invoice discrepancies, and accounting system reporting on a temporary basis. Salary is $52-56k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

• 
  
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will perform high-volume vendor statement audits and reconciliations
• 
  
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will identify and resolve vendor discrepancies, outstanding credits, and invoice issues
• 
  
• Request missing invoices and supporting documentation as needed
• 
  
• Assist with other AP projects, time permitting
• 
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

• 
  
• Accounts payable experience with high-volume vendor statement reconciliations required
• 
  
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) required
• 
  
• Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups, formatting, and data exports
•
