We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced AP Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in AI Accounting Migration to play a pivotal role in our company's financial operations. As the AP Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. If you're a finance professional with a strong understanding of the Transport/Manufacturing industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
As the AP Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing routine department activities, such as disbursing checks and processing payroll, to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
2. Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records.
3. Working with the accounting team to develop forecasts and budgets.
4. Implementing and upholding company policies and procedures relating to accounts payable.
5. Streamlining and automating payment processes.
6. Using AI Accounting Migration tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
7. Collaborating with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
8. Interacting with suppliers and vendors and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
9. Preparing and presenting reports detailing the status of the accounts payable department.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the AP Manager role will have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
3. Proven experience with AI Accounting Migration.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
7. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
11. Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.
