Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary)

Location: Pomona, CA
Pay Rate: $24.38 - $26.38 per hour
Schedule: 4/10 work schedule (4 days per week, 10-hour shifts)
Assignment Length: 3-Month Temporary Assignment
Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a busy accounting team in Pomona. This temporary opportunity is ideal for a candidate with AP experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Process and review check runs
Perform 2-way matching of invoices and purchase orders
Sort, organize, and maintain AP documentation
Compare and analyze data using Excel
Ensure accuracy of invoice processing and recordkeeping
Support the accounting team with additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred
Experience with Workday strongly preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data comparison and organization
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
