How you''ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

This role will define what we measure and how we track it across digital platforms like the Fly Delta App, delta.com, and airport kiosks. Sitting at the intersection of product, business, and data, this role owns the measurement strategy for digital and international customer experiences - determining the metrics and KPIs the product team needs and partnering with data engineers to source and deliver that data. The ideal candidate cuts through ambiguity, has strong technical aptitude and data skills, and can rally both internal teams and global partners around a cohesive international strategy.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Intellectually curious, highly motivated, and willing to challenge the status quo
• Can cut through ambiguity, identify solutions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build good connections within Delta's commercial and IT departments, as well as with external vendors
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and support complex systems, integrations, and data flows
• Ability to develop and own technical solutions in collaboration with commercial organizations and IT, from ideation to implementation
• Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Delta's organization
• Strong analytical and data skills
• Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

• Working knowledge of airlines and airline tools, processes, and data is strongly preferred
• Experience leading multiple projects with limited supervision and making well-informed priority tradeoffs
• Ability to work well with and rally diverse teams around a goal
• Track record of delivering thoughtful solutions while meeting or exceeding deadlines
