Job Summary This role supports a digital product development organization focused on improving customer and employee digital experiences through Agile delivery practices. The position works closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, IT leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-value digital solutions, analytics capabilities, and process improvements that directly support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The role blends Business Analysis, Scrum Master responsibilities, and Agile coaching, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, backlog management, and team enablement. Key Responsibilities Digital Product & Agile Delivery Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and IT leadership to deliver new digital features, services, and capabilities. Support Agile transformation by promoting empirical process control (transparency, inspection, adaptation). Define and support Agile vision, maturity, and continuous improvement practices across teams. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Act as Scrum Master for an Operations Excellence squad. Business Analysis & Requirements Gather and document business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Translate business needs into user stories, features, and epics within Jira. Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps in requirements and communicate them to stakeholders. Support UAT and coordinate testing activities with QA and business teams. Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget expectations. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with business units, product owners, UX, engineering, QA, and third-party vendors. Engage with senior stakeholders on technical and functional requirements. Facilitate alignment across multiple organizational lines and manage competing priorities. Provide backup support to Product Managers and Scrum Masters as needed. Data, Reporting & Analytics Define KPIs and reporting requirements to support data-driven decision-making. Design and support development of analytics solutions for business insights. Build dashboards and reporting tools using enterprise platforms. Ensure data governance, accuracy, accessibility, and security standards are met. Process Improvement & Agile Enablement Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements. Promote Agile best practices, including backlog refinement, estimation, and story writing. Help teams become self-managed, cross-functional, and high-performing. Track application vulnerabilities and support backlog prioritization. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies. Experience working with cross-functional digital product teams. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence (3+ years preferred). Experience writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing stakeholder expectations across business and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Technical Skills Jira / Confluence (advanced usage for backlog and reporting) Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with reporting/dashboard tools (Power BI preferred) Basic SQL knowledge (preferred) Familiarity with CI/CD, TDD, and Agile engineering practices (preferred)
