Analyst - Budget Analyst

Job Title: Budget Analyst | Arizona Lottery (Business Services Division) | Phoenix, AZ

Job Description: The Arizona Lottery Business Services Division is seeking a Budget Analyst to support budgeting, financial analysis, and organizational spending evaluation. The ideal candidate will have experience with budgeting procedures and techniques, data analysis, and assessing organizational expenditures. Candidates must demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access (Google Workspace experience may be considered equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accounts Payable experience
• Knowledge of the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) and Arizona Budget System (ABS)
