Proposal Summary:

This project supports the U.S. Courts in delivering complex IT modernization and management services to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. The goal is to provide expert project management, technical expertise, and analytical support to ensure successful delivery of contractual requirements including anticipating stakeholder needs, navigating judiciary-specific governance structures, and supporting systems governed by the Judicial Conference.

Position Summary:

The Analyst supports project teams by performing testing and analysis and drafting reports based on findings. This role assists senior staff in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed testing and analysis of systems and processes.
  • Draft comprehensive reports and findings based on analysis.
  • Support engagement planning and quality assurance activities.
  • Engage with system, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements.
  • Assist in resolving complex issues related to project objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel supporting agency management and business improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years professional experience
  • Proficiency in performing detailed testing and analysis
  • Ability to draft comprehensive reports and findings based on analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to draft working papers, deliverables, findings, and final reports.
  • Prior experience supporting the AOUSC and the Federal judiciary advantageous.
