We are a mechanical contractor, specializing in fluid catalytic cracking units (FCCU), delayed coker units, and other critical projects in the refining, petrochemical, chemical, and power industries. Job Summary:We are looking for a full-time Business Development Representative located in the Houston area. This role will be eligible to participate in all sponsored benefit coverages designed for your health, your protection, and your future, as well you will have access to PTO at the time of hire and other benefits such the Degree Assistance Program.
The position will develop, generate, oversee and follow up on all sales leads and maintain on-going client relationships to support the best interest of the Company. This will include identifying target customers, following up on all sales leads, assimilating Company sales forecasting, and acting as a direct liaison on behalf of the Company with client relations.

Physical Demands:Regular travel by airplane and automobile in conducting business is required. Ability to communicate orally with customers, management and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is necessary. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Activities include but are not limited to extended periods of sitting, extensive work at a computer, and physical necessities when visiting client work sites in the petrochemical industry.
Good reasoning ability is required to solve a wide range of business problems. Able to apply statistical calculations, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, and sampling theory as well as algebra, linear equations, and other analytics as required. Able to understand and utilize contractual documents, timeline applications and legal documents to conduct business.
