Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate : $60/hr - $70/hr on W2

Seeking an Alliance Manager to manage strategic pharma/biotech/diagnostics partnerships, drive contract execution and account growth, and ensure effective alliance governance and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for assigned strategic partners and drive joint business objectives.
- Lead contract initiation, drafting, execution, and compliance for revenue-generating projects.
- Manage Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) and alliance governance activities.
- Monitor alliance health, deliverables, risks, and contractual commitments.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
- Resolve partner issues and coordinate with R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Alliance Management experience in pharma, biotech, or diagnostics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce and Conga.
- CA-AM or CSAP certification.
