About the Role
CBRE is seeking a dynamic and transformational Account COO to lead large-scale operations, oversee client delivery, and drive enterprise-level growth strategies. This executive leader will be responsible for a workforce of 800-1,200 employees and up to $500M revenue account operations, significant budgets, and the full lifecycle of client engagement and service delivery for a growing Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical client account.
This role requires a visionary operator who can translate strategy into execution, modernize processes, and inspire high-performing teams. The Account COO will serve as a critical partner to clients and internal stakeholders-shaping long-term account strategy, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
This individual must reside in Indianapolis, IN or be able to relocate to Indianapolis, IN. Travel is less than 25%.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $250,000 annual base salary plus 35% target bonus with some flexibility based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience.
