The Testing Specialist is a forward-looking Quality Engineering role centered on integrating artificial intelligence and automated validation into every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In an environment where code generation is highly accelerated by AI tools, your mission is to ensure that quality gates and validation methods evolve at the same pace. You will design, implement, and maintain intelligent testing frameworks that reduce manual effort, predict software defects, and enable seamless continuous delivery.

• Build and implement AI-driven testing frameworks with automated test generation and self-healing capabilities.
• Integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines and enable shift-left quality practices.
• Use AI for synthetic data generation, defect prediction, and test optimization.
• Define QA standards (TDD, BDD, UAT) and ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable code delivery.

Salary Range- $100,000-$115,000 a year
