AI Organizational Change Manager

Trident Consulting is seeking a "Secure AI Architect" for one of our clients in "Remote" A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: AI Organizational Change Manager
Location: Remote (Require some travel to Atlanta)
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Rate: $75 - 80/Hour
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives for managed services engagements.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
• Assess organizational change impacts and drive user adoption through effective change interventions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
• Monitor change adoption metrics, identify risks, and recommend continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Leadership, or Transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering OCM for large-scale enterprise or managed services engagements.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communication planning, training, and change adoption.
• Excellent leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Prosci ADKAR or other recognized change management methodologies is preferred.
