AI-Enabled Software Engineer – Oracle SCM Modernization

Experience with AI-fueled engineering frameworks and software modernization initiatives, as we are actively transforming how Supply Chain applications are designed, developed, tested, and supported using AI-enabled workflows. Candidate should be able to quantify business outcomes achieved through AI adoption, such as reduced development cycle time, improved code quality, lower testing effort, or faster issue resolution.

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a AI-Enabled Software Engineer – Oracle SCM Modernization for their Atlanta, GA  location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Our primary focus is on identifying AI-first engineers who can leverage AI across the entire SDLC, rather than traditional Oracle SCM developers who have only limited exposure to AI tools.
• In addition to Oracle SCM functional and technical expertise, we would like candidates to demonstrate hands-on experience with:
• AI-assisted requirements analysis and design
• AI-driven code generation and refactoring
• AI-assisted testing, test automation, and regression strategies
• AI-enabled DevOps, code review, documentation generation, and operational support
• While testing is an important component, our need is broader than a dedicated testing profile. We are looking for engineers who can apply AI throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and support.

 
Requirements:

• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows is especially valuable.
• Candidate should be able to quantify business outcomes achieved through AI adoption, such as reduced development cycle time, improved code quality, lower testing effort, or faster issue resolution.
• Experience with AI-fueled engineering frameworks and software modernization initiatives, as we are actively transforming how Supply Chain applications are designed, developed, tested, and supported using AI-enabled workflows. Close alignment with client’s Supply Chain AIFC strategy and broader AI transformation goals.
