Currently we are searching for an AI Developer (Python / LangGraph) to fulfill an immediate contract vacancy.




This position is a Contract opportunity (initial 6-month term with strong potential for extension, and possible conversion to a permanent role).




Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Use your LangGraph experience to advise the team mid-project as they move closer to production and bring a first-of-its-kind, fully AI-created, member-facing application that answers members' questions to the finish line
• Review the in-progress build and recommend improvements to what has already been implemented
• Develop in Python using LangGraph and LangChain on top of AWS Bedrock
• Build out the testing process, including automated regression and unit-style tests, so LLM answers stay consistent after each build
• Support the team through the in-progress v1.1 release and ahead of the full application launch in April
• Coordinate daily with a team of 6 developers, as well as infrastructure and tech support teams, with little business-side contact
• Work with the application as it is deployed in Kubernetes containers
• Troubleshoot production issues by tracing through the whole chain to identify where a problem occurs, using LLM observability tools

Position Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing with LangGraph and LangChain is a MUST
• Strong Python development background
• Experience or exposure with AWS Bedrock
• Experience with automated testing or unit testing of AI/LLM-based applications, including regression testing and strategies for handling non-deterministic outputs
• Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Knowledge of LLM observability and tracing tools to troubleshoot production issues is a plus (implementation experience is not required)
• Mid-to-senior level engineer who communicates well with technical teams and is comfortable advising on an in-flight project
