Description

Driving cross collaboration between Scrum/Kanban Teams, Tech Owners, Sponsors, Stakeholders, and shared services

Proactively manage and remove impediments and risks to ensure the teams can focus on delivering incremental business value, while working to establish the team's baseline velocity, sprint cadence and release plans

Develops and maintains all project documentation required for successful delivery of the project and for records retention purposes in accordance with organizational policies

Identifies and actively manages risk according to impact and probability, escalating when necessary

Required Experience

At least 5+ years experience as a Program/Project manager in both Agile and Waterfall. Jira Administration Manage multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion. Create and manage complex project schedules with multiple work streams.

Possess the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities Attention to detail Strong communications and writing skills. Ability to liaise with various stakeholders (tech, ops, business, etc.)
