Agentic AI Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid
Work Model: 3+ Days Onsite per Week
 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer – AI Ops to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agentic AI, Conversational AI, GCP services, Python, and production-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions using Google GECX Platform and Dialogflow AI.
• Develop scalable AI applications on GCP using Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, and Secrets Manager.
• Build backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
• Integrate AI components with cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and program managers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging GCP AI/ML and Agentic AI technologies.
• Establish and follow AI Ops best practices for deployment, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of software or AI development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or NLP solutions.
• Strong GCP experience, including:
  • Cloud Run
  • Cloud Scheduler
  • Secrets Manager
  • Google GECX Platform
  • Dialogflow AI
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Production experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI and/or Flask.
• Understanding of AI Ops, including model deployment, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management.
• Experience designing end-to-end AI pipelines on GCP.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
