A venture-backed company putting AI agents to work inside large freight and supply chain operations is hiring a small group of foundational team members to lead its enterprise rollouts. You'll be the senior contact for each client, running discovery with their teams, mapping how their operations actually work, and partnering with technical engineers to configure, test, and launch AI agents that take over real workflows. Along the way, you'll own relationships with executives at major accounts, lead kickoffs and quarterly business reviews, and manage a handful of complex engagements at once with the independence of running your own business. Qualifications

• 4–8 years in a client-facing role such as consultant, engagement manager, product manager, or founder, preferably with startup experience
• A track record of leading software implementations for large enterprise clients, ideally owning accounts worth $500K–$2M or more
• Regular experience working with VP- and C-level executives on the client side
• Working knowledge of LLMs, APIs, JSON, SQL, and SaaS platforms, with the technical depth to map complex workflows and shape AI agent designs
• Polished executive presence and excellent, native-level English communication
• Able to juggle several concurrent enterprise accounts with minimal oversight
• Willing to work 60–65 hours a week during critical launches and travel to customer sites on short notice
• A background in strategy consulting or investment banking is a plus, especially with supply chain or logistics experience
• Hands-on, self-taught experience using AI tools with clients is highly valued
