Work Schedule : FT 7:30am - 4:30pm We are seeking an Associate, After Sales Center Technician to diagnose, repair, refurbish, and quality-check coffee machines and household appliances. Appliance repair, electronics, maintenance, manufacturing, or technical experience is a plus.

Work Schedule: FT 7:30am - 4:30pm

We are seeking an Associate, After Sales Center Technician to diagnose, repair, refurbish, and quality-check coffee machines and household appliances.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and fluidic systems.
• Perform testing and quality inspections on repaired products.
• Use hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Document repairs, parts usage, and quality findings.
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and parts management.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Continuously develop technical and troubleshooting skills.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Appliance repair, electronics, maintenance, manufacturing, or technical experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and use basic tools.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and lift/move up to 100 lbs.
