Affiliate Marketing Analyst
Location: Alameda, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $57–$61/hour
Start: ASAP after pre-employment screenings are completed
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Analyst to lead and optimize affiliate marketing partnerships and influencer programs for a growing consumer health platform. This role will own affiliate strategy, partner management, campaign performance, budgeting, and optimization with a strong focus on customer acquisition, ROI, CPA, and revenue growth.
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies focused on CPA, revenue share, customer acquisition, and ROI.
Manage affiliate and influencer partnerships from onboarding through ongoing optimization.
Manage affiliate marketing budgets, forecasting, and opportunity sizing.
Utilize affiliate platforms such as Impact.com, Rakuten, and Commission Junction (CJ) to manage programs and partnerships.
Monitor campaign performance, conversions, ROI, and potential fraud.
Analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Negotiate and manage affiliate partner contracts and agreements.
Partner with Business Intelligence teams to evaluate channel incrementality and optimize investment.
Collaborate with Product, Brand Marketing, PR, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
Ensure affiliate campaigns comply with applicable regulatory requirements and digital advertising standards.
Stay current on affiliate marketing trends, technologies, platforms, and industry best practices.
4+ years of experience managing or leading affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing programs.
Hands-on experience with Impact.com, Rakuten, and/or Commission Junction (CJ) required.
Demonstrated experience onboarding and managing affiliate partners.
Strong understanding of CPA, revenue share, conversion optimization, customer acquisition, and ROI.
Experience managing affiliate budgets, forecasting, and campaign performance.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven performance analysis.
Experience negotiating and managing affiliate agreements.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership.
