This role involves partnering with clients to resolve complex technical challenges within Adobe Experience Manager. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding customers on best practices and providing strategic technical advice. The position requires leading engagements, devising solutions, and maintaining cutting-edge technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve targeted customer issues through short-term technical engagements.
• Provide expert guidance on AEM best practices and new features.
• Assess technical challenges and propose optimal solution designs.
• Deliver customer-facing webinars as an AEM subject matter expert.
• Maintain advanced technical knowledge of AEM releases and functionalities.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Assets & Sites).
• Demonstrated understanding of the digital content lifecycle.
• Ability to lead technical architecture and implementation discussions.

Experience in the digital marketing and content management industry is preferred, with a focus on solutions like Adobe Experience Manager.
