Responsibilities include supporting the Vice President for Advancement with travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management; overseeing office operations such as scheduling, supplies, mail, and events; supervising up to 10 student workers; and coordinating onboarding/offboarding.
They also handle financial tasks like tracking expenses, updating donor records, and managing gift acknowledgments to ensure timely donor recognition.
Qualifications include at least one year of administrative experience, strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with Office software and donor databases, and a personable demeanor.
