WHAT YOU'LL BRINGMaster's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field and 12+ years of experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs/projectsActive DoD Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. CitizenshipExperience in the design, development, and management of software libraries and cloud-based software architectures and requirementsExperience in hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) and cloud-based testing to support software development and deliveryExperience in the management and review of application programming interfaces (APIs), interface control documents (ICDs), and enabling software utilized in cloud-based and HWIL environmentsExperience in artificial intelligence (AI) development and tooling and agentic operationsAbility to work independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks, applying engineering rigor to solve engineering/scientific problemsSome travel is required.
