Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
7+ years of engineering experience, preferably in medical devices.
Experience with medical device manufacturing, product/process transfer, and design transfer.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and process development.
Experience with process validation, process capability, GR&R, and statistical analysis.
FDA-regulated and/or ISO 13485 experience preferred.
Proven experience leading complex engineering projects and mentoring engineers.
Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
Experience with automation, ERP systems, and SolidWorks preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, project management, and hands-on manufacturing skills
