Adult Occupational Therapist PRN, Norton Neurosciences and Spine Rehabilitation Center, As Needed

Responsibilities: The role of the Occupational Therapist is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family occupational therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years); maintains documentation on patient treatments. Addresses educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions; performs other related duties as needed.

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings. Addresses educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions; performs other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor Degree
• Occupational Therapist (State)

Desired:

• One year in occupational therapy
• Master Degree
